とうとうＵＡまでもが、変動制に移行との事です。
私は変動制になって全体を通してマイルの使い勝手が良くなった例を知りません。
ＪＡＬの移行の際にも同じ事を言いましたが、変動制は航空会社にとっては
閑散期(日)にマイルを消費させる事が出来、繁忙期(日)には通常の何倍ものマイルを
消費させるかなり都合の良い方式です。
尚 今回はUA便のみの改定(悪)で、UAマイルを使用した全日空 国内線5,000マイルなどの
パートナー航空会社の特典航空券には変更ありません。
また直前発券の手数料US$75-も撤廃される点は改善と言ってよいと思います。
